JCCNV Cycle Fest – A day of riding for a good cause

The Jewish Community Center of Northern VA (JCCNV) hosted it fourth annual community cycling event in support of The Wounded Warrior Project, Hazon, and The JCCNV this past weekend. The Bike Lane sponsored this event, and had many volunteers working as ride marshals and course sweeps.

The event was created to bring the community together to enjoy a day of cycling. This year, more than 80 people participated over three different ride options, all of which started and ended at the  JCCNV in Fairfax. The rides included a 30 mile ride to Bluemont Park, a 50 mile ride to Jones Point, and a 65 mile ride to Ft. Hunt. Overall, it was a great day with perfect weather and a fun way to support a great cause.
